The sole shareholder of DV Asset Management is ATBIH GmbH., domiciled in Austria, which is 100% owned by Vienna Insurance Group AG – Austria.

Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) AD stepped on Bulgarian insurance market in 2002 by purchasing the insurance joint-stock company Bulgarian Property. It is the indirect owner of the insurance company Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group, Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group, VIG Services Bulgaria, and since 2010 of Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD, as well. The last ones who joined the VIG family in Bulgaria were DV Asset Management and the investment intermediary DV Invest.
